This pair of Ceylon Sapphire earrings were a special order to celebrate a birthday
Blue is my favourite colour, and I thought that these sapphires were beautiful, with a lot of sparkle
They were designed so that the stones were the feature and that they would move thereby catching the light. The backs of each of the 'bowls' holding the stones are hand engraved with feathers
