What I saw when I went away is the title of my next solo exhibition to be held at e.g.etal in October this year.
I have been working towards this all year. It is a reflection on travel, memory, interpretation and experience. And what is important to me as a maker.
Working on these pieces has revitalised my love of making things, an experience that was waning for a while, working too many jobs and running between too many things. So it like a return to myself this work.
